Lean Six Sigma
LEAN methodology
implementation in steps

Step 1
Process defining by SIPOC model (supplier-input-process-output-customer).
Step 2
Using VSM (Value Stream Mapping) the process is broken down into specific steps and evaluate the value of each of them:
-
- With added value
- No added value
- No added value, but necessary for the process to take place
Step 3
Classification of wastes according to LEAN into 8 groups (transport, inventory, unnecessary movements, waiting, overproduction, overprocessing, defects).
Step 4
Eliminating activities without added value and minimizing activities necessary for the process to take place.
Step 5
Implementation of a new, and improved process
Step 6
Uspostavljanje mjerenja procesa (KPI- OEE, Lead Time, CPU, WiP...) i kontrolnih mehanizama za očuvanje novog procesa te sprječavanje povratka na staro.
Step 7
Continuous Improvement Initiatives (CI).
